10 Crazy Things Only A Fitbit Owner Understands

(Diez Cosas Que Solo Puede Entender Los Dueños de Fitbit)

I’ve owned a Fitbit for the last 3 years or so. In general, I can’t seem to sing enough of its praise. It has been so motivating in terms of fitness. Fitbit has helped me set goals, stick with my exercise regime and overall it has improved my health.

However, in addition to all the health benefits of having a Fitbit, one might start to notice a few other crazy habits pop up…

1. Random dance parties at 11:50 pm. (Fiestas de baile a las 11:50 pm).

2. When it’s Friday and you’re still behind in the Workweek Hustle Challenge.

3. When you forget your Fitbit at home and any movement is now pointless.

7. You keep ‘forgetting’ something on your list just to keep walking around in pointless circles at the grocery store.

8. You keep checking to see if you reached your step goal every minute, even if you’re seated. (Miras tu Fitbit cada pocos minutos para ver si has conseguido tus pasos, mientras estás sentado).

9. Even though it does not work with your outfit, you rock it anyway.

10. Seeing this makes it all worth it.
