Dressing
- 2 tsp Olive Oil (10 mls)
- 1/2 Lemon (Juiced)
- 1/2 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Veggies
- 5-8 Olives (stuffed with Anchovies)
- 5-8 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 cup Arugula
- 1/2 Small purple onion
- 1 can Tuna
- Alfalfa (or any kind) Sprouts
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Whisk the olive oil, lemon, honey and balsamic vinegar together
Chop the tomatoes in half
Slice the onion lengthwise
Add all of the ingredients and the dressing together and add salt and pepper to taste!
