Ingredients

Dressing

  • 2 tsp Olive Oil (10 mls)
  • 1/2 Lemon (Juiced)
  • 1/2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Veggies

  • 5-8 Olives (stuffed with Anchovies)
  • 5-8 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1/2 Small purple onion
  • 1 can Tuna
  • Alfalfa (or any kind) Sprouts
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Whisk the olive oil, lemon, honey and balsamic vinegar together
  • Chop the tomatoes in half
  • Slice the onion lengthwise 
  • Add all of the ingredients and the dressing together and add salt and pepper to taste!
