If you’re feeling adventurous, take a look at this Buzzfeed article about these different and trendy coffee shops around the world to visit. I plan on visiting Workshop Coffee next time I’m in London. This article combines my love for coffee as well as travel.

Yoga has been something I’ve really enjoyed over the last few years. It started during college and then lasted to now. However, now that I live in the UK, don’t have a car, nor many options for yoga studios in Hull, I find myself not practicing. This is something I really want to change, especially since the weather will be growing colder and colder and I’ll trade outdoor exercise for the indoors. This post from Lovelifesurf.com provides some good suggestions on how to get a home yoga practice started.

For my birthday, my mother is coming to visit me. I am going to take her to Edinburgh, Scotland, so I’ve been doing a bit of reading of places I could take my mother to. This is the first time she will be in Europe in over 24 years. I want her to see the Castle, get some Scottish food, and maybe we can enjoy a pint or two. I found this great list on the BudgetTraveller.org for cheap things to do.

Since the daylight hours are diminishing, by the time I finish work, it is already dark. My routine runs in East Park have now ended. My only alternative to doing all my exercise in the gym is to wake up earlier and run outside prior to work. The only issue is that I can’t seem to get out of bed. I’m trying to motivate myself to wake up earlier. This article from Runnersworld.com has a few tips that I’m going to try on myself. Let’s see if it works!
